Welcome to the Study Hall. This forum is specifically for academic communications. If you wish to discuss doctrine, theology, the sciences, literature, etc - this is the place to do so.

Please feel free to start threads that are not religious in content. For example, if you want to talk about a great book you have just read, there is nothing wrong with that. Likewise, if you and some friends want to talk about the fascinating aspects of calculus - feel free!

Now, I know how everyone hates ad hoc rules, so here's some rules & guidelines. Coincidentally, these rules apply to all the forums.
Rule # 1: This is not a democracy. You are not guaranteed the right to speak. If a moderator decides that you are out of line - even when the rules don't specifically show you to be, they have the right to delete or edit your post. They are moderators because we trust their discernment. If you have a problem, e-mail administration at support@yqnews.org (support@yqnews.org).
Rule # 2: Due to the nature of educated discussions, debates will occur. This is perfectly acceptable as long as you do it in a Christian fashion. Ad hominem arguments and insults are not appropriate.
Rule # 3: Doctrinal discussions will be watched very closely. Your thread will be shut down and/or your post deleted if we discern you to be spreading "divers and strange doctrines" (Heb.13:9) or causing confusion.Guidelines:
If you give facts that are not well known - quote you source. It's just a good rule of thumb.
If you quote someone - give them credit. Not giving credit is called plagiarism - which is scorned in the academic community.Disclaimer:
All opinions expressed in the forums by both members and staff are the opinions of the posters only. Neither Youth Quake nor Literal Life Ministries upholds these opinions unless expressly stated as such.
