Okay, we just figured out the "News Aggregator" and have enabled it.
Okay, if you're anything like me, you're probably thinking "aggregator? sounds annoying." Actually, what is does is collects RSS feeds from sites (like a blog) and posts the title and part of the feed on the site receiving the feed. (to see what a feed looks like in code, click here (http://www.xanga.com/rss.aspx?user=SnoopyDaniels)).
Okay, what does this mean for you? Just click on "news aggregator" on the left side menu on the main site and you'll see feeds from the blogs that we've posted so far.
If you want to add you're blog or a friend's to the feed, click on "aggregator" on the same menu. Click on the "add feed" tab that appears.
Now, if you use Xanga, insert the address http://www.xanga.com/rss.aspx?user=your_username
If you are on blogger, use this:http://youraddy.blogspot.com/atom.xml
Any questions?
