How Do I Make an Album?

I have a question... I just joined YQN today, and I would like to create an image album, but I don't see anywhere on the site that allows me to create one. Is it a separate site that I also have to join? Or am I just not looking close enough? LOL I would appreciate any feedback!! :)

Go to http://gallery.yqnews.org/

If you are a member of the main site (yqnews.org), use your user name and you original password (the long funny one) to log in by licking "log in" at the upper right.

If not, click "register" on the upper right corner of the screen. Follow the steps. Once logged in, the system generates an album for you. Make sure you are in your album (if not, go to the members album and find your user name). Once in use the options at the left to upload, and manipulate photos.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I went to the link you gave me and I tried to login, but it said that the password I was giving was invalid or something like that. They emailed me a password and I used that to log on the first time (at YQN), but then I changed it. It let's me login to the main site but it won't let me use that password for the gallery... :confused:

I thought they were for something else, I've never seen anything like that before just to log in!! Haha

They are to prevent others from using hacking software to hack your password for the site... or to just sign up a gazillion accounts to a site.

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the youth quake galleries? It hasn't been letting me for the past 2 days. And, I know I'm entering the RIGHT password! Haha

No, unfortunately I haven't. I talked to JoeC and he looked into for me. Turns out my account is fine, it is something to do with my computer. I'm going to have my brother check it out for me, seeing as though I know nothing about computers! :P

Special Note to all who it may effect. I did have a problem logging onto the gallery with the wizard after i put in my username and pass, it gave me a page saying that there was an error and that it couldnt bring up the next page, So looking into this here is what I found:

Publish XP shows a "web services error", what's wrong?

If this error shows up when trying to login to your G2 in the Publish XP wizard, then you probably have a problem with cookies in Internet Explorer. Delete the cookie cache in Internet Explorer and then start Publish XP again.

after deleting the cookies in IE and I ran the wizard again and it worked fine. seems the wizard is set to use IE's as the logon program where as I use Firefox and didnt realize this was going on lol. Hope this helps those to whom this might happen. :)

It's fixed!!! I can now sign in my gallery, and I added a bunch of pictures to make up for all the time.. Haha
