Anybody got some favourite quotes? doesnt have to Brother Branham or biblical quotes

Mine are:

I heard a story how Bro Branham showed preferring another's happiness. I think it was with a dart game, he actually let his opponent win intentionally not because he really can't but to not disappoint the other of his claims. I couldn't remember the details, but after the game, the brother that is with them told Bro Branham that he could have won the game. Bro Branham said, If I win, I would lose the brother. Something like that... sorry can't remember if it's a true story, bz right now.:training:

i feel so stresses out at times nowaays..of late. but at least i have God and i know He cares for me. I will never go into depression as i did before i got saved because someone is watching over me all the time. i know that.

Isaiah 40:31 is my all time favorite Bible verse...

When i get down in the dumps I always remember that verse and it helps me to keep on keeping on....

so that being my favorite verse, you can easily guess what one of my favorite songs is...:)

I just promise to "try," because sometimes you don't have control over things that force you to break your promise. But by promising to try, you do your best to fulfill your promise. then, I know there's so many people saying, don't "try", but "do"... ;)
yeah I get what you say ofcourse; it's just that I'm not too fond of my own (in)abilities now and then

EXODUS 35:23

This and other scirptures where read,having badger skins. Why badger skins, I wondered. It wasn't long before the answer. Here is what Bro. Branham said. We look just like badgers.

one of the most common examples, is of Abraham talking with God about Sodom and Gomorra; now... God said He'd destroy, and He did; the thing Abraham did... I don't know; God got him to pray for righteousness at least

Haha, that's good, but I like to "aim for the moon" in daily goals, because if I make a list of 10 things I want to get done and only do 8, it's still pretty good....which would be my equation of landing in the stars....

While reading the Church Age book this caught my eye...

Outside of her Lord and Master, Jesus Christ, was ever a people so beated and purged as the bride of Jesus Christ? Surely she is filling up the sufferings that Christ has left behind. Her goods are despoiled. Her life is in jeopardy. She is accounted as sheep for the slaughter. She is killed all the day long.
