Have you ever had times when you looked back on your life and saw that God was moving and you didn't even realize it? Or maybe you've had times in your life when something bad happened, but when you thought about it later you realized that He kept you from being in a much worse situation?
It's so cool when you think about how God knows what we need before we even need it and how that everything is working for our good. Our Lord is truly amazing!
Oh yeah! I haven't been so lucky to have believing parents and God really kept me away from A LOT of bad things that can happen to someone in the world. Even when I was an unbeliver, I can see how He directed my life to go in a certain direction. He was preparing me to meet my Creator. So many people take for granted having a believing family...

I'm not one of those who take for granted my believing parents. Let me tell you, I am sure that if it had not been for being raised in a godly home, I would have been one of those "worst case scenarios." Sure, I believe that I would have come to him eventually, but I would have been an utter wreck!
Ancy, I feel for you. I can't be easy... but I admire you too. To grow up as a young person following God, without godly parents? I'm wowed to say the least. How do you do it?

I hadn't been doing it because I was in the world untill I was 17. That was when I first even heard about the message, I was baptized a year later. God was really merciful to me and saved me from this evil age. But even when I was in the world and didn't hear about what God has done and is doing, He was leading me up to the moment and preparing me to hear and recieve the Word. He kept me away from much sin and corruption... He truly is faithful even when we aren't!

Ancy, sounds like you've got a great testimony - what would you think of writing it out for the Youth Quake News?

I didn't grow up with believing parents either. I was about 14 when my Mom came back to the Message and currently my Dad sits on the fence. He believes Brother Branham's the Prophet, yet my Dad doesn't live the life.
I am still very grateful that I had my Mom to turn to, and I think we helped each other. I am so blessed that shortly after my Mom came back, so did my Aunt. So, a good part of my family now believes the Message. I am truly blessed.
In fact, I can look back on my life and see how God made me and a certain girl best friends about 10 years before she ever came to the Message, but God knew she would see the Truth! It's amazing!

Hmmm did she ever post it? I am fortune enought to Have grown up with believing parent, My father made a promise to God when he was in vietnam that he would find God and God reminded him of his promis when he came back the US, and my mom has her own story also but she is the one who Introduced my father to the Message of the hour, but even though I was brought up in a believing family doesnt mean everything was perfect, we had our touch trials also, at one time we were living in a one roomed motel room, and also just like everyone else I still had to find my own walk with christ, Cant get into heaven on my parents walk :D it needed to be my walk, I am glad that God has watched over our family even with the bumps here and there :)
