how is someone given rep power? is it done by giving approval points?

Whoa...

My rep power is now 10.

I do wonder, those that have higher rep power... are we more careful in how we give rep points out since we make such an impact?

Let's keep the rep system for what it is...a simple reward for a funny, insightful, thoughtful, spelled right, etc... post.

Keep the rewards flowing people, it does help to make a better forum.

Even the reds, and a red post is not supposed to make you feel bad, it's so you can look at it and go..."ok, some people don't like it when I do that"

This IS a community. Everyone on the forum is your neighbor in this community. They may not like you slamming doors at 11:45PM...they're gonna tell you to please stop. This is what a red is about....stop slamming doors at 11:45PM, I'm trying to sleep kinda thing.


So....KEEP THE POSTS COMING!!!

1 point for each month you've been on I believe.
