Ok, I really really liked this quote.

I am now reminded every night to "attend" to prayer... I'm working on the being awake, and staying awake part still....

Anybody have this book they want to send me?

I got something to say on prayer and since there's a thread on prayer here,why not post it here? A friend send me when I was really low...and needed prayer deeply.

the part that really touched me about this was...

I mean... first you gotta just get down on your knees. Then you gotta be awake to do any effectual praying at all....and then, you can't fall asleep in the process.

and since I'm pretty much perpetually tired lately... it get difficult.

my prayer life has been all shambled up lately too. i drift away from the prayer and find myself thinking of other things. or like Blessed, i fall asleep. i need God so bad but i dont know what to do!

yeah, in the mean time, we could go back to our tradition of praying in themornings together. do this, wake up at 5.00 and get down on your knees. i will be praying for you then.
