What Do You Need to Hear???

Hey guys, the next issue of YQN is due out in just seven weeks. In YQN time, that's a short time away. We're in the planning stages and it would be a great boon for you to give me your ideas for the next issue.

General article ideas... things you'd like to see discussed.

Also, we haven't done an article for the guys in a looong time (so long, I can't remember if WE EVER HAVE!!!). So, is this something you guys would be interested in. I know YQN has had numerous articles for the girls... but what about you guys? What would you be interested in reading about, or what issues have you noticed around you that you think should be addressed?

speaking of issues..i travel quite a bit and at one time or other have vistited churches all up and down the east coast and the one thing i see is that ppl seem to be takeing on more an more of the world in the way they dress not that u should be in a suit an tie all the time..but clothes have become more form fitting (Jus my valued opinion y'all:) )

I think clothes would definitely be good. Guys need to realize modesty is important for them also. All these tight shirts and brothers flaunting there muscles is ridiculious.

Also a section about what really makes a manly man (going back to that post) would be great. Get some of Bro Branhams quotes on character!

How about an article on apologetics? Not that I know who might undertake to write such an article...

Maybe an answer to the "who am I" question many young people face.

How about the guys role in flirting??

Ya know, even the "Godly" guys pay attention to the more flirty type girls...what message does this send to those girls who aren't flirty, who don't dress borderline and such. The message it sends is if the "Message guys crowd" pays more attention to the "borderline dressing girls" then to get attention they must dress more borderline as well.

So many times we want to just blame the sisters for influencing guys by dressing badly...but does part of the blame with the guys?

Ahmen to Bro Trevor. I totally agree the guy has to watch what behaviour they illicite from the opposite sex. Character is what should be sought not border line dress and flirty attitudes. As the Holy Spirit becomes more influencial in a Brothers life I now the desires will change.

That would also be a good topic for all young people what the prophet said about recieving and when you have the Holy Ghost. 2 good messages on this is "What is the Holy Ghost and "What is the Holy Ghost given for" or worded something like that.

Hmmm, I like to write, give me a subject and the challenge. Myself, I think the clothing issue is pretty good, down here in the south there are both form fitting and appropriateness issues going on... but there are many other issues worthy of discussion. I'd like to compare notes if you decide to try out for the article, Bro Trevor.
