Smilies: Turn that frown upside down :D

OK people I know I have been promising this tutorial on how to make a smilie for, well forever, but there are alot reasons why I havent started it just yet. The biggest is Software. There are lot of programs out there that can make smilies but not everyone who wants to make one has access to these. SOOoooo what I am going to is show some of the basics of how to make them and then I will try to show how to make them work with a program you might have. Also if you run into any bumps along the way besure to ask questions and I will do my best to guide you through the steps.

Oh and also I have noticed that there are alot more new smilies on this board now but I can already see that we are missing some important new ones that either will need to be made or found :D
