Another error submission

My comments:

I get this when I click on "new posts" but I've noticed it only happens when I'm "IN" a thread already. It does not happen every time.

I get that too, although I haven't noticed any particular circumstances that prelude it. To all appearences it seems random.

I don't believe it could be random in code. There must be a reproduceable set of circumstances that cause this to happen.

Perhaps it is outside forces, (server load, some process...etc) but it still should be reproduceable.

Finding those circumstances may be a needle in the haystack...BUT I reject the thought that it is random.
