This year is my first year to have a REAL veggie garden. Last year the only spot I could plant had trees shading it. The vegetables were tiny! This year I have a big ol' plot of land with lots of different veggies growing.
As a pregnant woman, I was so excited to be growing watermelon! I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! :hungry:
The birds beat me to it. :mad: Those boogers plucked ALL of my watermelon plants!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!! :jawdrop:
Oh well, at least they didn't get my tomatoes. I told my husband that if they got my tomatoes, I'd sit out their with a shotgun myself and shoot 'em down. You don't mess with a pregnant woman's tomatoes!!! lol
