View Full Version : Too many threads....

I know I'm starting a new thread, and only adding to the already too many threads.... but it's starting to get rediculous, having to go to page 4 to find threads that weren't commented in today.... you know Samurai, it is possible to let some older threads stay burried....
I dunno... think of the converse. Pack all these posts into half the number of threads.
Maybe the answer is spreading out the threads into related forums (even if that means making new forums)?
interesting thoughts....letting some die out would be nice tho...some of those go loooooong.

I agree. There are so many posts that it's hard to keep up. I don't have time to read them all, never mind comment. I usually get through welcomes and main forum and then I decide to go to bed because it's usually around 1 in the morning, not that that has to do with the amount of posts, just letting you know, if you care. Don't follow my example, please! Lack of sleep makes you do things you wouldn't normally do and then you feel stupid, like today...

you should get more sleep ruth, for your health and mostimportant, for your beauty. but you are right. we as mostly, the gist of the thread is lost anyhow. maybe we should do away with some of the older threads as new people dont even know what they are about anyhow and most of them are not as shameless as me to simply(and shamelessly) budge into conversation.
I agree Ruth, and like I said, I'll be closing down threads to posting as they get old - right now it's kinda hard to do since somebody raised a bunch of them from the dead. THREAD ZOMBIES!!!

I know I do, but it's hard with all my homework. My mom and dad both tell me to get more sleep, but it's so hard.

Don't worry, I don't post in every one. I've been sleep deprived since September of 2005, this school year. It's pretty bad, but I try and catch up on the weekends.

If I can sleep straight for five hours then I am very well rested but it does not happen always......I have bad sleeping habits :(

I have bad sleeping habits too. Five hours would be about the norm for me. And I made a mistake in saying that sleep is overated. I think the correct thing to say would be that we don't need as much sleep as the "experts" say we do.
