Has anyone else heard of a book called "Every Young Man, God's Man"? I stumbled across it the other day in Books-A-Million and started reading it and ended up getting it. It's a really in-your-face approach about being a man of God. Not written by a message believer, but from what I've read it's incredible. As I said, it's a very in-your-face book, but I believe personally that since the world has gotten such an in-your-face attitude and approach, that sometimes we as Christians have to be the same way. Anyways, thoughts on the book if anyone's read it.

There's a fine line between intensity and obnoxiousness.

I'll have to take a look. I've become leery of Christian "manhood" books. The last one I read was one that glorified the spirit of a man more than the character of a man. A fine line... the former lends itself to pursuing after your own self and seeking to "know your heart" - a thing which Proverbs actually condemns.
