You have to look real close on the side of the car. It's kinda hard to see because it's so small.

My first insinct was, "Catch The Vision", since I've seen license plates of that. But then I remembered Jordan being the first person to mention the Believe The Sign website, and since it looked like it from a "looooong distance" :D, I figured that's what it was.
