Where did all the birthdays go?

Hey, just noticed that the "Today's Birthdays" thing at the bottom of the main page is gone. Is that permanent, or just because no one's birthday is today?

Something else is missing from there too, and I can't figure out what...

the new member line was removed, as 90% of the new members were just spammers, and often with bad links in their profiles... so since they won't appear in the members list until approved, and anonymous posters shouldn't be able to post anymore, we have hopefully cleared up most of the spamming loopholes...

if the birthday's section really is gone, ask Bro Trev to figure out how to put it back ;)

THe birthday section, and the other thing that is missing (upcoming events) are not hidden...they would show up.

As I researched this issue more fully tonight, I found out that there is no 2007 according to the forums. Go ahead, click on Calendar.

As far as the forums are concerned, we are at the end of time.

In short, It's a calendar issue, not anything I changed.

And the birthdays are back...

All the birthdays are still operational, and the calendar has been extended through 2010.
