How do you get a link into a word instead of typing or pasting the URL?
What I mean is how would I get......

If you want to check out a really cool forum go here
Instead of
If you want to check out a really cool forum go to www.yqnews.org/forums

Ok, to do this you're going to have to do a bit of typing.

First you would do this "[" followed by "url=http://www.yqnews.org/forums" and then a "]"
then you would type "here"
followed by a closing tag "[" with a "/url" and a "]"

of course without the spaces and the quotes...

and appears as here (http://www.yqnews.org/forums)

It's called knowing HTML... which Bro Trev does ;)

Or you can just type in the word then highlight it, click on the little globe right after the indent options on ur screen when posting, this which allows u to input the link like here (http://yqnews.org/forums) :D

I knew there was an easier way...but I couldnt' remember it. I'm a hand coder personally...it's hard for me to do things the graphical way.

I think I need to practice everything...and to think that my computer skills are way better than a lot of people's I know is just bad news. My dad for instance doesn't even know (yet, even though I've showed him 10 times) how to turn the computer off. He can turn it ON, but not off.
