Hey you guys (in particular: Christian-S, blessed & collegegirl)

You're doing an awesome job on here, bolstering the community and encouraging others to fellowship. If it keeps goin' like this, we'll be the premium online message youth hangout in less than a year!!!

Now, I think that's great. But at the same time, we're getting ourselves unbalanced. What we really want to promote is the overall structure of Youth Quake. If Youth Quake as a whole is well supported, all the stuff supporting it will be great and long lasting. I do this by doing the News end of things. You all have been doing this by doing encouraging forum activity. But we're lacking in a few areas.

Image Galleries (http://gallery.yqnews.org/): I need you're guy's help on this. Image how much fun everyone can have if we get that going! Images from all over the world - encouraging togetherness and awareness all over. With the commenting feature on all the images we have a real community opportunity here. Only thing is, everyone we goes there sees a satle stie. I need you all to help me change that by contributing images, comments on images, or ideas to make it better. Try to get others on to, once we get it presentable that is.

Event Calendar (http://www.yqnews.org/forums/calendar.php?): Imagine how great this would be if we got a global, up to date event calendar going. All those events you never knew about? Now you know! I know of to many people who miss out on great camps like Winter Youth Retreat because they never heard about it. We have the power to increase event awareness here ppl! :aaaah: AND:banana:

Hey, if you want pictures, then you have to be patient. I don't exactly have a photographer following me around to take a picture of every single thing that I do. :hey!:

somewhere it was mentioned that we should try to stick more to the subject. I kinda agree with that. If you dont actually live on here (like Samurai :harhar1: ) sometimes its a lil hard to keep up with you guys.
hmmmm...
but of course I know it aint always that easy!

You see, if we make another thread everytime we change the subject, new and occasional members will be able to find out the jist of what's being talked about just by browsing through the different forums and reading the thread titles.

I know it sounds inhibatory, but doing away with these super-threads will actually encourge more conversstion.
