Hello my name is Benjamin, I live in the state no one seems to know where is at, and its not the state of confusion you see on this board, I am from Nebraska, and it is located in the very center of the USA, cant miss it. :) I Live in the largest city here. So yes I am a city boy lol. I am 27 years old and stand at 6 foot 2 inches, i think thats about 182 CM somethin, if I remember right?? I am the eldest of 3 kids 2 brothers one sister. Shes the youngest lol. If I remember right mom introduced me to the YQ. Thats how i met joe and things just went from there.

what else?? Oh yes I am a graphic designer by day and a superhero by night. :D My biggest influeces have to do with the last of the east. also know as Aisa. I try to study about it as much as I can and its also were my bestest friend lives. Xiao Hui, she is a wonder sis I met a while ago you can read about it elsewhere on this board.

I feel very blessed to apart of this and enjoy the fellowship of my fellow youth believers. It truely is a wonder how God brings us all together anyway he can. If there is any other I left out be sure to ask :D

My name is Ruth. I live in Everson, which is a very small little cow-town about 10 miles from the Canadian border in Washington state in the USA. I attend Bro. Byskal's church in Cloverdale, BC. I am now 18!!!! I got to vote in just general elections, but it was very cool. I was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My dad is Canadian and my mom is American. I am both, which is very cool. We moved to Washington to be able to attend Bro. Byskal's church about 14 years ago.

I was the only believer attending my high school until last year when my sister came, as well as another girl from our church who is our close friend. It was hard not having anyone that understood, but now I'm so glad to have someone, even if one is my sister. I am the oldest of 3 kids. I have a younger sis, 2 years younger and 1 younger bro, 4 years younger.

I accidently discovered the old website last year at school while on MessageLinks.org. It was really encouraging and uplifting, especially the newsletters. Then the new website and this website. It's comforting to see and "hear" other believers, especially in the midst of school. It's a nice little break from the world.

I don't especially like to write, although you wouldn't be able to tell from the length of this post, but I can write a lot, which is obvious. My Civics teacher makes fun of me for it, but I can't help it.

I plan on pursuing a career in Occupational Therapy. I really enjoy it and hope that it's what I'm supposed to be doing. It's hard, so far things have worked out and have pointed to it, but I want to be sure it's God's will. I get a lot of worried responses from people when I tell them I actually want to have a career and not get married as soon as I graduate. I really don't plan on getting married, if I have to, I will, but I would really like to be an Occupational Therapist and practice in less fortunate countries, like South and Latin America and Asian countries, not necessarily China though, sorry.

I will stop, I could go on and on. If anyone has any questions, please ask. Also, don't worry, I'm not a feminist like Bro. Branham talked about, I'm not totally focused on having a career, I just don't feel led to be married, but if it's God's will, I will listen. However, I've begun telling people that Paul said it was better to be like him and be single than married, so I've taken Paul as my example. ;)

You remind me of myself. I don't get down and write very much, but when I do I just go on and on and on... :blabbermo

What makes you think that you get one? This is a girl's party. WE get the computers. I feel like blessed and I are being treated as the little red hen was, where she asked everyone to help make the bread, and no one wanted to , but when the bread was made, everyone wanted to eat it. I think we will divvy it up in the GIRLS ONLYforums. :thelook:

blessed

HotShot53
01-12-2006, 12:18 AM
I agree with you there, samurai... I considered a laptop last time I needed a new computer, but since I'm always home anyway, a desktop can do far more for far less

NeedGod
01-12-2006, 06:45 AM

collegegirl
01-12-2006, 11:26 AM
Well, like I said, we will divvy it up. We will find the one with the fastest internet connection, and maybe, if blessed can get her hands off of it, you can atleast use it. I just need a decent one for my room.

NeedGod
01-12-2006, 11:29 AM

A Slow Pc...why In The World Would You Want A Slow Pc, I Don't Like It When I Click On Something And Have To Wait On It To Load

morning_mist
01-12-2006, 03:26 PM
it only means one thing blessed..you are impatient....guess what???? i am too :aaaah:

Christian-Samurai
01-12-2006, 03:27 PM
because the slow ones can be easier to get, when you cant afford the fast ones, I have like 4 old ones that ppl just gave me, I modified them and updated parts of them and now they work great and I got them for FREE lol so you take what you can get sometimes

blessed
01-12-2006, 03:54 PM
actually patience is one thing i have a lot in.....but when you are accustomed to a fast pc and then you go on one that is slow it can be a bit annoying.

HotShot53
01-12-2006, 09:23 PM
Lol, since I've gotten DSL, I don't know how I survived on dial-up.... yet I amazingly did for a couple years.

Babyruth
01-13-2006, 02:21 AM
Maybe one day I'll join the ranks of those with DSL, but it's not looking like it's going to happen soon. Dial up is so slow!!!!! At school we have cable or DSL, I don't remember, and it's wonderful! I come home and wait hours to do things.
