I'm back

Hi girls, It's me Vanessa, I'm back to posting with you. For the last year(10 months) I've lived in a house with out a phone line. we had a cell phone, but no access to the internet. It was hard to keep up with you guys, but now I'm back. I'm excited, I missed you guys. Things are good. Zipporah is now 17 months old, really cute. she is still pulling out her hair, but I think things are getting better with that. my hubby is going back to school one night a week to get his masters in education. he is a 5th grade teacher. I'm hanging out getting house work done and working in my studio(throwing pottery and stuff).

That's about it.

with me there are always boxes to be unpacked. I can't decided where I should put stuff and can't bring myself to throw it away.

We call her Zippa or Popo and other family members call her Zippy.

sure.....seth and i will probably get there around early afternoon.....i have to take more pictures for work in k.c and lawrence and topeka.....but we should get there by 2 at the latest (if we leave by 6:30 in the morning!)......

i talked to seth and he said that we would just probably borrow the civic on friday next week and drive up to the walkers after the opera......another late night trip woopee! i would leave the pontiac for sarah, then because she has to work. and ben isnt coming. so, i just need to talk to jennie about it, because at the moment, she thinks we are riding up with them in the van.

because, technically i dont have it yet, but i will after i get off work (its an ipod nano.....i found it cheaper than what everyone else was asking for it...thank goodness for sams!)

he flat out asked me: "did you get me a nano?", so i said no (which is true, since i technically dont have it yet) and he said "so, you dont care if i buy one".....of course i said no i dont care, because i know he wont.......

and i've been asking him random things about what he'd like to do/have....just to throw him off.

Isaac wants the Office First season for Christmas, I need to sell some major pots to be able to do that. but I'm not going to do any show until next year, possibly not until April if we don't do the February show, but I do I could get him a really cool V-Day gift, no pressure we don't even know how much we can sell at that show.

well, it is true....i mean, he makes more than double what i do.

and i make over a hundred dollars more per paycheck than i was making before my pay increase.

and it helps i only pay 300 dollars for rent a month.

i'm still careful though.......i really need to save as much as i can for kansas

I'm Back again, my computer blew up(well the power supply) when we got back from Chicago, but I was only gone for 2 weeks this time instead of a year.

We didn't have a power outage and my computer was on a surge protector, but Ben has no clue why it happened, it just did. Good news is that we got the part really cheap and Ben put our DVD player back into our computer and a video card that will allow my hubby to play his game.
