He spoke at our summer camp this year--a Wednesday evening, Thursday afternoon, and Saturday morning. His pictures and stories were fascinating.

He's a brother from South Africa. He works with animals in amazing ways and "communicates" with them. Totally fascinating!

"communicates" with animals
hehe, that's why it's in "", because he can imitate any animal sounds and knows what the sounds that they make mean.

I guess he is sort of...
He runs a 'clinic/ rehab/rescue centre' for wild animals in South Africa, (not sure what it's called).
It's amazing, he's raised countless species of animals, from turkey vultures to cheetahs, that have been successfully released to the wild.
Like Leah mentioned, he can communicate to them through the sounds he can make, and from observation he has discovered what their different sounds and actions mean.
An extremely gifted man.

So, is he a minister or animal trainer/rehabilitator? Or a little of both?
He came to our camp and shared his testimony and his experiences, but he isn't a minister.

I talked with him on the one day when we did the relays at camp...it was awesome even to talk to him. And the meetings he took were incredible.

I saw some videos on him at a Brother's house in Prescott. He was at the animal center about a year ago. It is close to Kruger National Park in South Africa. The work he does is really neat. I'll find out more info for you all today. I can't remember what the center is called right now, but, I'll find out.
