You can't restore a SQL 2005 backup in SQL 2000.

You can't restore a SQL 2005 backup in SQL 2005 to a different database...

I only want 1 view off the backup file. I don't need the data, just the view.

But, it seems I can't do it. So now I have to manually recreate this thing.

Talk about frustrating...

Hrmm...

Perhaps I can download the free 2005 SQL Server express and restore to that.

Webster's definition:

1 to declaim, or talk noisily, excitedly, and extravagantly; to discourse in a bombastic, turgid fashion, as a ranting preacher

2 to scold vehemently; to be in a rage; to rail with at and against.

3 to frolic or revel; to carose; to sing and dance gaily or riotiously.

unless definition 1 (for the most part that's iffy), it looks like something a christian shouldn't do.

And here I was thinking that I had actually read everything there was to read in the dictionary. Maybe it's time to get a new one...mine is like 14 years old...cause I got it for Christmas when I was four or five, I think. My loving aunt wanted her niece to be intellectual. Well.....what can I say? :rollseyes:

I think some christians (and unbelievers too) helped me to get rid of quoting dictionary as... there's lot of rubbish in it's "definitions" (at least in Dutch dictionaries)

I do I even get as agrivated as the red face.... dont worry its usually at myself or some other very frustrating people that upset me on purpose I used to get MAD which is very different coz when your mad your mad and dont have any control thank God he helped me overcome that.
